You will be sent, via e-mail, a login for the conference platform which will give you access to the full conference including:

• Virtual Exhibit Hall
• Plenary Presentations
• Residents’ Roundtable
• Concurrent Sessions
• Pilates Stretch Session
• OAG AGM
• OMA Section on GI AGM

To maximize your experience, please upload a photo of yourself and ensure your contact details are accurate. 

The main representative of the sponsoring company will be e-mailed a customized login for the conference platform portal to access the Virtual Exhibit Hall.  That person will also serve as the “Booth Manager.”  Within the conference portal login we ask that you for the following: 

• Populate the booth with company materials, videos, PDFs, etc.
• Complete your company profile
• Upload personal profiles of you representatives managing the virtual booth
• Set “Open Hours” and appointment booking windows
